Not a familiar and a very honest review I've had my car here several times and have always been happy with the work. I tell them I need my car back at a certain time and they complete work on time everytime. They're always upfront about the price at least they work on your car unlike others in sumter who let it sit for days on end in the parking lot. I don't understand the other bad reviews I think your overly complicated and hard to please. I wish I could rate a 10 these guys are top notch.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Read the reviews before using their services. You may risk more than your willing to put out with your problem still not solved. Worst place to go for repairs in Sumter. The good reviews have to be familiars because there are so many bad reviews and I wish I would of read them before doing business with them. Charge to much for the problem still not to be fixed. Paid 3k and car still didn’t run. They even said they put new rotors on my vehicle but they are going bad already. When they were supposedly changed in January 2021. Then they supposedly changed the oil but when we had my van towed back to another repair shop there was no oil in it at all. They charged for everything else but the problem. Then tried to charge another 3k for the supposedly real problem. My husband and I just pulled the plug and opted out of even doing any further business with them. And the lady over the phone. Lisa was very rude when I stared to ask questions about what all was done to the vehicle, because it still wasn’t running. Never again!!!!!!!!
All of the 1 ⭐️ ratings are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! These people will rip you the heck off! If you value your money you better go somewhere else! They feed you lies, drag their feet on servicing your needs and NEVER EVER have the invoice in detail ready! There’s a charge for everything and every minute the numbers will change…. If you want to beat dealer price this is not the place! If you want honestly and great services that has your best interest at heart…. This is not the place!!! And what ever you do do not get a Diagnostic test done with the thought of this will let you know what wrong…. that’s pointless to because they will tell you one thing and after your first few thousand of dollars spent, then they will tell you what’s really your main problem! Run! Run! As fast as you can pass this place! They don’t ever deserve 1 ⭐️
