OK I have been patient and I have been quiet but I am done with that! In September I brought in my truck to have some very minor work done and an employee backed another customer's car into the rear end of my expedition. I have waited all this long time to have the body work done And I am still driving around with a $1000 Dent in my truck.. I was assured that this would be taken care of. No matter how many times I call or stop by nothing has been done. I am given assurances made promises et cetera but there is no follow through not one of these people has done what they said or bothered to even keep in contact. It is now the end of January that is more than long enough for for my patience to have worn thin. In this business you are only as good as your word! With this level of dishonesty and incompetence I urge you take your business elsewhere. For myself my family and friends we will never darken the doorway of this business again! It's beyond time for them to FIX MY TRUCK!!!!! A responsible business owner Would make sure that their mistakes were taken care of right away To prevent negative backlash.
I can't thank these folks enough, my car had issues right in front of their shop and they jumped right in and helped get me and my elderly Father out of the road and get us going back to Columbia. Big Thank you to "Jamie" for going above and beyond!!
